He is now preceded by No. 1. Tiger defensive back Riley Green, No. 2 Francisco Alvarez, No. 3 Corbin Carroll, No. 4 Grayson Rodriguez, No. 5 Gunnar Henderson, No. 6 Gabriel Moreno, No. 7 Jordan Walker.
It still ranks first in the Yankees ranch system, followed by Oswald Peraza, Jason Dominguez, Austin Wells and Ken Waldichuk. Waldichuk moved up from the top 100 predictors list, in which he previously ranked 91st.
Volpi is 21 in the .247 short hitting with 11 home runs and 41 RBI. He currently plays for Double-A Somerset Patriots.
