Vivo T2X Tipped to Feature MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC, 6,000mAh Battery


Vivo is preparing to launch the Vivo T2 5G in China on June 6. This smartphone could be accompanied by Vivo T2X. The Chinese tech giant has not shared any official information regarding this smartphone. However, the supposed key specifications of the Vivo T2X have been leaked by a notable person. The tipster claims that this will be a budget smartphone equipped with a MediaTek chipset and a large capacity battery. It is said to feature an LCD screen with high refresh rate support.

Vivo T2X Specifications (Rumored)

According to a post by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Vivo T2X could feature a 6.58-inch HD+ LCD display with support for high refresh rates. This smartphone can be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC. As for the optics, it is expected that there will be a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP secondary shooter. The phone is also supposed to have a 16MP selfie camera. The phone is expected to have a 6000mAh battery that can support 44W fast charging. It is said to be 9.21 mm thick and weigh around 202.8 grams. Furthermore, this smartphone could have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The tipster claims that the price of the Vivo T2X will be under 1,000 CNY (about 11,500 rupees).

By comparison, the Vivo T2 5G has been reported to have a 6.62 Full-HD+ display and is launching at a starting price of CNY 2,199 (around Rs 25,500). Vivo has confirmed that this smartphone will have an E4 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, it has a Snapdragon 870 SoC, which can be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The Vivo T2 5G is listed to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor. It will offer 80W fast charging support, which is claimed to fully recharge the battery within up to 34 minutes.
