Summer League | Zayer Williams and Grizzlies reject jazz

On the final night of the Salt Lake City Summer League, as Las Vegas night, the biggest and most famous in the league, began Thursday night, the Grizzlies reacted after their loss to the Thunder.

It wasn’t Kenneth Lofton Jr. who stood out this time, but the Memphis collegiate. However, the Jazz started the game better, with a 12-point lead at the end of the first quarter, against the Grizzlies who lost a lot of balls.

Utah keeps its lead until the break because Memphis is too clumsy to come back. The reaction occurs only after half the time. Zayer Williams scored 10 points in the third quarter, and the Jazz lost the balls, and the two teams tied at the beginning of the last quarter. The Grizzlies have the wind in their backs and make the difference in the last quarter (95-84).

Zayer Williams is Memphis’ top scorer with 19 points, but five other players are over 10 units, including David Rudy (16 points) and Santi Checkers (14). On the Jazz side, Jared Butler had a big game with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists, Bruno Capoclo also made 17 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks.
