Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Mass Production of Parts Reportedly Ramped Up


Samsung has ramped up mass production of the next-generation Galaxy Z Fold 4 parts as the expected launch date of the foldable smartphone approaches, according to a guide. The names of the parts are not specified, but it is known that Samsung foldable phones need several moving parts, the most important of which are the hinges. Recently, the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 were also leaked. The smartphone is expected to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It is also likely to feature an improved rear camera setup.

Detective Roland Quandt said in a tweet The mass production of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 parts has started in full swing and is now being intensified. Although the names and other details about the mass-produced parts are not mentioned, it is already known that Samsung’s foldable phones need a lot of moving parts. Among these moving parts, the hinges that allow the smartphone to flex and open are the most important.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Specifications (Expected)

According to a recent report, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 specifications have been leaked in detail. The smartphone is expected to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It is said to feature an in-house 7.6-inch QXGA AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. As for memory, you are expected to get 12GB and 16GB RAM options along with 256GB and 512GB internal memory variants.

The smartphone is expected to come with a triple rear camera similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. Although the setup is similar, the primary camera is expected to be upgraded to a 50MP shooter. Also, the smartphone is expected to come with Android 12 and a single user interface out of the box.

Samsung’s upcoming foldable phone is expected to be launched either in August or September of this year along with another foldable phone from Samsung, the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
